Yair has over 12 years of experience in operations management. His long standing work in cross function projects, and work as advisor to executives over the years has been a vital part of his journey to Maolac.
Yair brings his expertise in establishing collaboration between different departments of the organization, and making everything work much more efficiently.

Sasha is a food engineer with extensive experience in food industry production processes.
Her expertise includes accompanying manufacturers in many product categories in planning production processes, improving products, scale up from R&D to production, and comprehensive end-to-end support in building new lines.

Yuval holds a B.Sc in Biotechnology Engineering. She developed MaorekaGI and MaorekaFMR, and is in charge of developing new ingredients for the Maolac portfolio. Her responsibilities include end-to-end project management, creating project outlines, protocol writing, material sourcing, budgeting and ordering, experimental data analysis and more.

Noit has over 15 years of experience as CFO in tech and commercial multi-national companies. Relying on broad financial knowledge, Noit facilitates cross-organizational efficient work processes and implements best practices that meet accounting and statutory requirements.

Kfir leads Maolac’s AI strategy. His responsibilities include using computational biology to create and upkeep Maolac’s proprietary algorithm, creating large-scale databases by implementing web scraping technologies, exploratory data analysis & feature engineering on big data platforms, and applying & implementing NLP and LLM’s models and result evaluation. Kfir holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management.

Hadeel has a B.Sc. in Biotechnology Engineering and is responsible for maintaining quality production that meets customer needs and expectations along with regulatory requirements. Hadeel previously successfully served as the QA and Regulation Manager at Bara Herbs.
